The term "travel equipment" includes (non-exhaustive list) crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, pillows, sheets, duvets, built-in shower, chairs, etc. The term 'supplements' includes (non-exhaustive list) surfboards, barbecues, mountain bikes, padlocks, bicycle racks ... The term 'Rental Period' refers to the total period during which the van / vehicle is in possession and under the control of tenants. The term "Vehicle" refers to the vehicle as described in the Rental Agreement (van, car, bicycle, scooter ... to and include; tires, tools, accessories, on-board equipment as well as any other replacement vehicle. , which can be supplied at the discretion of Blue Classics.
ARTICLE 1 - CONDITIONS OF USE

ARTICLE 4 - CHANGES TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

We will not be liable to you or any other third party for any price change, suspension or interruption of the Service.
ARTICLE 5 - Rental - Collection and return of the vehicle
Certain products or services may be exclusively available online on our website.
We have done our best to display as clearly as possible the colors and images of our products that appear on our store. We cannot guarantee that the display of colors on your computer screen will be accurate.
I acknowledge having received the vehicle clean, cleaned and in good working order, both inside and out. The fuel will be filled at the time of departure and must be filled to the same level when the vehicle is returned. In the event that the vehicle is returned without a full tank of fuel, I agree to have to pay a fuel charge for the full tank and a € 20 additional service charge. The vehicle must be returned in the same state of cleanliness and at the date and time agreed in the rental contract. If cleaning is not carried out, a cleaning fee of € 50 will apply. I agree to reimburse any supplement damaged during my rental period.
In the event that I return or stop using the vehicle before the end of the rental period, I understand that Blue Classics will not provide any discount or refund, except in the event of mechanical failure not caused by the user. In the event that the vehicle is returned more than an hour behind the scheduled return time, I agree to pay for an additional rental day.
I acknowledge that vehicle pick-ups are scheduled from 2 p.m. and that the vehicle must be returned no later than noon.
I accept that the rented vehicles may be subject to color variations and that the photos of the vehicles on the site and any other medium are not exhaustive and contractual.
ARTICLE 6 - RESERVATION
We reserve the right to refuse any reservation you make with us. These restrictions could include bookings made by or from the same customer account, the same credit card, and / or orders that use the same billing and / or shipping address. In the event that we modify a reservation or if we were to cancel it, we may attempt to notify you by contacting you at the email and / or billing address / telephone number provided at the time of the order has been placed.
You agree to provide up-to-date, complete and accurate booking and account information for all bookings made through our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can push to complete your transactions and contact you as necessary.
I agree to pay the full amount of my reservation to Blue Classics to confirm the reservation.
ARTICLE 7 - CANCELLATIONS
If you cancel more than 60 days before the scheduled arrival date, you will receive a 100% refund.
After reservation and blocking of the calendar for reservations,
any cancellation will be compensated for the sums paid during the
reservation.
ARTICLE 8 - SECURITY DEPOSIT AND FEES
I agree to pay a security deposit by credit card on the day of my
arrival. The bank card must be in the name of the driver indicated
on the rental contract. The security deposit will be retained in
the event of a responsible incident or damage as compensation for
repairs, loss of rental for the immobilization of the vehicle
and/or damages for the increase in insurance contributions for
the automobile fleet insurance contract.
I understand that the security deposit will be returned to me at
the end of the tracking period, after inspection of the vehicle
and if it is returned in the same condition as at the start of
the tracking period.
I agree that all charges incurred by Blue Classics will be deducted
from my security deposit or charged to my credit card. I undertake
to reimburse costs not covered by the amount of the guarantee if
the amount of the security deposit is not sufficient up to an
additional 1200 euros for damage and 12,000 euros in the event of
theft, fire or destruction total.
I agree to pay all parking fines, toll charges, speeding tickets or
other penalties to Blue Classics.

the damage or problem was caused by improper use
(flat battery, flat tire, lack of fuel, etc.)ARTICLE 9 - INSURANCE
I acknowledge that the insurance contract taken out with Blue Classics does not reduce my liability for damage to the chassis, tires, windshield or any damage concerning fittings, items rented in addition or travel equipment.
An additional charge of 50 euros per week will be applied for an additional driver. I agree to provide my passport and driver's license.
ARTICLE 10 - USE
I agree not to drive the vehicle while intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, or in a reckless manner. I agree to drive the vehicle only on authorized roads.
I acknowledge that I do not use the vehicle for any commercial purpose (commercial, advertising, photographic event) without the prior consent of Blue Classics.
I agree that I am not allowed to:
Smoke in the vehicle
Tow any vehicle or trailer
Drive if an alarm or mechanical indicator light on the dashboard is on
Driving outside Portugal
Sublet the vehicle
ARTICLE 11 - MAINTENANCE
I acknowledge that I must immediately inform Blue Classics in the event of a mechanical failure. If the wrong type of fuel is filled, I will be held responsible and should pay the calculated fees and costs and will have to pay the amount of all repair costs. As this type of incident is not covered by insurance, I will have to pay all costs for repairs, cleaning, changing parts and garage costs. I will also have to pay a capital charge of € 50 per day.
I will also be responsible for all costs associated with damaged, punctured skins or any costs caused by improper use of the vehicle.
ARTICLE 12 - LIABILITY IN THE EVENT OF AN ACCIDENT
I agree to immediately notify Blue Classics in the event of accident, theft or damage caused by third parties. I will notify the police services in order to ascertain the damage, theft of the finding. I undertake to complete the European insurance statement present in the vehicle to collect the names, addresses of the third parties involved as well as any witnesses.
